I am seasoned public speaker. Partly from my days training teachers but also from delivering talks from my experience of therapy and hypnotherapy. I offer a wide range of fascinating talks from the nature of hypnosis to the Anxiety epidemic to the latest developments in neuroscience.

The Anxiety Epidemic.
When I worked in schools I witnessed an explosion in anxiety from 2012 onwards. This was not the usual level of anxiety that goes up and down but a severe and debilitating anxiety that affected the day to day live of the sufferer.
